Reflection is completely different from remembering.
Reflecting is trying again at experiences and making sense of them out of your present perspective. It’s the intention of studying from the previous that makes it reflecting.
One problem individuals face is trying again with out judging themselves for the alternatives they made.
Once I ask, “What might I’ve achieved otherwise?” it’s supposed to disclose the multitude of decisions I had…so I can perceive why I selected the one which I did.
On this sense, the query isn’t about whether or not I chosen the appropriate or fallacious path, however relatively how I made the choice.
One of these readability will present me my decision-making habits. Understanding why I selected what I did helps me perceive who I used to be at that second, after which I can resolve if I wish to make related or completely different decisions sooner or later.
