Cornwall, ON (Oct. 17, 2022) – The Ontario SPCA and Humane Society’s 38-foot SPCA Cellular Animal Wellness Companies unit is again in Cornwall this month to host a spay/neuter clinic for cats from underserved pet households to assist cut back pet overpopulation.
